FC5 has an resolution scaler but its capped at .5 compared to Mass Effect Andromeda which could even go lower if one wanted to. I've gone through the .ini file and I tried setting the resolution scaler to .4 and disabling shadows but no change I make in the .ini file sticks in-game even if I set the file as read only.
